Sorry, I did figure it out by doing a full re-install of WordPress and your plugin. Now everting works perfectly and I bought the pro version. Thank you 😊
So sorry for all the trouble but I thought it was strange as well.
I actually was using the twenty twenty theme and even tried a few others as well.

that is where I have it installed and if you check on an iphone (at least that is what I have), you can see that the thumbs up icons are gone and no way to access the submit menu.
Not sure what else it could be since it is a fresh install of wordpress.
