In reply to: How do I start from scratch?I really appreciate you help, I’m not sure if we are on the same page.
Here are the steps I followed:
1. I registered a domain name with Go Daddy
2. I paid for hosting with Hostgator
3. I created a WordPress.com blog – http://noticingthenow.wordpress.com
4. I did the Quickinstall of WordPress onto to Hostgator site
5. I got Hostgator to set up my account so that my WordPress site lost the wordpress.com URL and appeared as noticingthenow.com. And that is working.
6. I paid for a premium theme from Woothemes – they have said it won’t work because I don’t have a ww.wp.xz.cn siteSo – what I am trying to do is work out how I can set up a ww.wp.xz.cn site. I can get anything redirected until I can set up a ww.wp.xz.cn site, and I keep going around in circles not knowing what to do next.

It sounds like the easiest thing to do would be to pay for a Guided Transfer, but it says I already have to have a .org site set up – and I can’t work out how to create a .org site.Forum: Installing WordPress

I don’t know how to set up a new blog under ww.wp.xz.cn, so that I can change over.
