@hanniegtz1989 I can’t answer questions about premium add-ons here. Please direct your question to the support form so I can help:
Just for future reference, this was a CSS issue with the user’s theme and not related to WP Terms Popup.
@nabosh Can you contact me through my support form? Handling support for premium add-ons isn’t allowed on these forums.
Can you give me the URL you are using WP Terms Popup on? This might be an issue with the theme you are using as WP Terms Popup doesn’t apply any kind of styling to list items.
No, the Collector add-on only records basic information about people who accept your popups. It doesn’t use that information to determine if they ever see the popup again in the future. This has been requested a few times now so it’s something I should consider adding.
@hanniegtz1989 Sorry but I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking for.
@skillvent Unfortunately, that’s not an existing feature in WP Terms Popup at this time.
Can you send me a URL to check out? [email protected] if you’d rather not post it here.

@mbuechel So you’ve turned off the “Show only one popup site wide?” option in the WP Terms Popup Settings?
Setting popups on individual posts/pages via the content editor’s metabox is failing how? It’s not loading anything at all or it’s always loading the same popup?
If you’d like to me to take a closer look myself send me an email to: [email protected]
@chris_smith I just checked your URL and it appears normal to me. I tried with several browsers.
If you want me to send you a screenshot email me at support {at} linksoftwarellc {dot} com.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Word Count] Display total word count on frontend? That’s not an option with the free version of the plugin right now.
@silhouett If you can get me the website address you are using WP Terms Popup on I’ll check out the source and try and see what’s going on.
@nabosh Can you send me a link to check out? You can email it to me directly: [email protected]. Thank you.
I can see the popup on your page. You might have the “Show popups to logged in users?” unchecked. With that unchecked, the plugin would prevent the popup from displaying if you are visiting when logged in as admin (for example).
I suspect the notice in your error log is unrelated but I’ll check that out and issue a fix in the next release.
