Found it in the admin dashboard for the tutor.
Here is a suggestion for you to consider. I think it’s better if there was an option for the instructor to add their Zoom details from the front end, other than going to the back end.

I think, they have customized the default WordPress login.

I’m using a plugin to hide the default login page. Through the plugin, I have renamed the default login page.
If you could provide a code and tell me where exactly needs to be added, that would be of great help.

To update you with more details, I assume that this could be because the users are required to log in to view the content.
If that is so, is there a way to index these kinds of pages or to set up SEO on the login link (https://klasshub.lk/mylogin/) as there is no physical page for it.

Thank you very much for your response. I did as per your instructions but it’s still not getting updated.
I contacted the server guys and got everything cleared. Finally, they sent me the below message as confirmation.
“I have checked the URL https://klasshub.lk/wp-json/caos/v1/proxy/collect/ and there is no block for the specific URL on the server. I have also checked the mod_security rules and I am afraid, the URL is not listed. I have whitelisted the local IP provided in the case notes. This should fix the issue.
A heads up, I have accessed the URL and it is still showing me 404, however, I am not seeing any error in the console, I have attached the screenshot to this email. Please confirm this from your end and reply to this email with the exact use of this URL on your website and also the steps to replicate the issue on the dashboard. We will be glad to help you further.”
Should I get back to the previous settings now?
