It seems to have stabilised to be staying in order again now.

Thank you for the video, as it helped me track down the issue. I had thought the issue was with the plugin as it persisted past the caching plugin being turned off and Cloudflare being put into Development mode.
However, there was a setting on Cloudflare which persisted after a Cache purge and development mode being enabled called Rocket Loader (Under Speed -> Optimization) which I didn’t know existed. Turning that off let the JS load correctly.

Swiper is inactive as I saw that in a previous support topic I thought may be relevant -> issue persists.
Issue persisted even with Astra theme instead of OceanWP.

Site had issues with these two even with all other plugins deactivated but I have not had a chance to try a different theme yet to check that.
I have this same issue with the error “Unable to add payment method to your account.”
I note Joey’s response “The only current way of adding a payment method in Eway is by way of normal checkout.”
However I have had a customer run into the add payment method issue with an additional issue – at checkout they report they they run into a load-loop back onto checkout if they try to add a new credit card, essentially locking them out of completing ordering. I could not replicate this second issue personally, but it may be an issue for some specific customers based on if they had old cards removed.

Font subsetting seems to be the thing to do, as all three I’ve tried with it now on have worked.
Have sent you an example.
Note, sometimes I can delete and remake them and they work.
I had ‘test mode’ on, and after turning that off one invoice that was broken began to work. Without more orders to test I can’t tell you if this was random fluke or a fix.
By older, I mean the 3 or 4 new invoices that were generated recently, broken as described in the first post.
When we get in some new orders I can see if the issue continues to show up.
I turned on Invoice > Always use most current settings
Problem persists on older invoices even with fonts reinstalled
Can try fully deleting them again and remaking if you’d like
Deleting the PDF and regenerating sometimes fixes it or at least uses a substitute font. Perhaps this is an error with fetching google fonts?

I have optimize in background and prebuild cache automatically on now, turned off optimize prebuild only.
It seems to have gotten through the pages without stopping now.

Coming back the next day the site had cached only 115/525 discovered pages (I think it may just be pages people have visited in the meantime).
Obviously I can’t manually initiate the caching and sit on that page every time it wants to clear itself, it’s too unreliable.
