In reply to: [Participants Database] Problem with plugin updateVia FTP I added a 0 to the file name for Participants Database, the recaptcha, image expansion and updater plugins folders.
The website is now accessible except for the Participants Database section. That will keep the organisation happy until I get back in 3 days time.
I guess them I enable one at a time to identify which one is the issue. I see there is an update for Participants Database. I’ll try that first and report back.

I have tried adding a 0 to xnau-plugin-updates folder first then php filename and with both I get the following error when trying to access the site:TypeError thrown
in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, bool given
With the second method, using my own domain name, this is the error:

In settings, these two options have to be unchecked for Paypal to work.
Checkout on cart page
Checkout on Single ProductEven with them unchecked, I still get the following error message when I try to save settings, but Paypal will still work: Error: The API credentials you provided are not valid. Please double-check that you entered them correctly and try again.
If I check these options, I get the same error message but Paypal will no longer work.

In reply to: New installation 404 after loginI have tried a fresh install except wp-config.php and wp-content folder but the same issue is still happening.
The old site had index.html as the default page.
Should I raise a support ticket with the hosting provider? I don’t know if this problem is hosting related or WP related.
