Just update to the latest X theme and the problem will be solved. 🙂
They just released an update to solve the Yoast and X theme conflict.

Hi,

I have the same issue. The YOAST metadata editor is blank when I edit products. It’s working fine on other post types.

I have WordPress 5.0.2. PHP 5.6.39, Yoast 9.3.

I did the troubleshooting check and it’s a theme conflict.
My theme is X by Themeco. X and Yoast worked together well in the past years, this is a new problem.

What to do now? (I will switch back to Yoast 9.1 but I hope I can use 9.3 soon.)

Hi Alex,

I use WP Fastest Cache. Whatever I do on the site I automatically delete all cache. Now I deleted again just to test, opened an incognito page and downloaded an optimized photo. Again, the same size, the original image was downloaded.

Then…
I added the “?anything”. A miracle happened, the optimized image appeared.

So far I optimized only one product’s photos:

Now the question is, how to tell WP Fastest cache to be friend with the optimized images. 🙁 Because even I delete the cache a hundred times, it won’t help.
