While you decided to remove the Cloudinary plugin, you mentioned you had many problems with Cloudinary. As we are always looking to improve our services, we would like to understand the problems you faced. May I ask you to share the other issues you had on top of the array string issue?

Our development team is currently investigating the issue and they would like to get more details on the issue. Would you mind answering the following questions:

• Is the sitemap that you mentioned generated by WP Sitemap Page, or Yoast?
• If it is WP Sitemap Page, in the edit page, can you try to switch to the Text view and browse that page’s contents and see if you have a video shortcode like this: [video]? If this assumption is right, can you please confirm you only see these warnings when saving the post and the page for the sitemap will not render?

Hi @oolongm,

Would you mind trying the following steps:

• Upload your PDF/txt to Cloudinary
• Go to a new post with Gutenberg (or classic, but my instructions will be Gutenberg specific)
• Add an Image Block
• Press the “Media Library” button in the block
• Navigate to the Cloudinary tab and select a file from these file types: pdf,txt
• Ensure the image shows up properly in the editor as well as the frontend

I have tested it with several PDFs and the files are properly synced with Cloudinary.
