    We tried that too, but it doesn’t work.

    Could you please test it yourself?

    I repeat, the problem only appears on the vendor store page (which is created by the MultivendorX plugin). There is no problem on other pages.

    Thank you for your reply and for sharing the code.

    1. If I switch to the “Storefront” theme, then “Storefront” appears in “Presets.” Then I recalculate the “Autoselectors” and try filtering on the vendor’s store page—everything works.
    2. If I switch to the “Blocksy” theme, then “Blocksy” appears in “Presets.” Then I recalculate the “Autoselectors” and try filtering on the vendor’s store page—the problem persists.

    That is, we see the products before filtering, but after filtering, the products disappear and the message “No products matching your search were found” appears.

    If I check “Disable AJAX loading” (disable AJAX), the vendor’s page is filtered.

    Best wishes

    Hello,

    1. Thanks for the quick response! – the “Messages” tab has appeared in the sidebar in MultivendorX – thank you.

    2. Sorry, I didn’t explain correctly – I meant to hide the messages tab if you select “Show on WooCommerce account page” in “General” – Message Locations.

    i.e., if the following is selected in Role Restrictions:

    1. No one can message each other.
    2. But allow: From “user role” To “user role.”

    Then is there a way to disable the “Show on WooCommerce account page” tab for all other user roles?

    Users think they’ve been blocked or restricted, when they shouldn’t see this functionality at all.

    Perhaps you have some code that could help?

    Thank you again.

    I forgot to mention that “Admin Helper” displays additional information on the page:

    Is WC Page – red cross

    Shortcode – red cross

    Products – green checkmark

    Pagination – green checkmark

    Hello
    Thanks for the reply. We switched from the Blocksy theme to Storefront:

    Please consider the free version of the plugin here:

    1. The vendor store page displays all filter values (as in the catalog), not just the values of the products listed with the vendor.

    Example: if the filter only displays attributes:
    For example: the catalog displays 7 attributes, each with 10 values.

    The vendor page displays the same 7 attributes with 10 values, even though the catalog contains 5 products with a maximum of 3 attributes and 5 attribute values.

    1. The products themselves don’t disappear and don’t reappear when filtering, even though the settings are correct. That is, even with any filtering, the number of products is always the same as before filtering. The product grid itself seems unresponsive. The Ajax loader is spinning.
    2. The selectors are defined correctly, according to the “Storefront” theme standards (selected in the settings). The Product Selector is selected in the settings – ul.products
    3. The vendor’s product page contains the same selector in the HTML structure. here is the page structure
    <div class="woocommerce">
    <div class="product">
    <div class="woocommerce-tabs wc-tabs-wrapper site-main">
    <ul class="tabs wc-tabs">
    <li class="products active">
    <a href="#"></a>
    </li>
    <li class="policy">
    <a href="#"></a>
    </li>
    <li class="reviews">
    <a href="#"></a>
    </li>
    </ul>

    <div class="panel entry-content wc-tab">
    <form method="get" class="store-product-search">
    <input type="search" name="store_search" placeholder="Search products..." value="" autocomplete="off">
    </form>

    <ul class="products columns-3">
    <li class="product"></li>
    <li class="product"></li>
    </ul>
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>

    Hello
    Please Take a Look

    Here’s what I noticed next:
    Transliteration works fine:
    Products
    Products – Attributes
    Pages
    Posts
    Media file names when loading

    Transliteration still returns Cyrillic:
    Products – Brands
    Product Categories
    Products – Tags
    Posts – Tags
    Posts – Categories

    It has also been noted that activating the Cyr-To-Lat and MultivendorX plugins results in a message in the “Site Health” section—apparently, there is some conflict between these two plugins.

    Here’s the message:

    REST API returned an unexpected result
    Performance
    REST API is one of the ways WordPress and other applications communicate with the server. For example, the block editor screen uses it to display and save your posts and pages.

    An unexpected result was returned while testing the REST API:

    REST API endpoint: /wp-json/wp/v2/types/post?context=edit
    REST API response: (404) Not Found

    If you disable one of the plugins, the message disappears.

    Thank you

    Thank you.

    Yes, you’re right. The subcategory dropdown menu opens and collapses, but it’s hidden behind the adjacent lower element.

    You can see the problem exactly at the 3-second mark.

    There are two items in the menu list for the subcategory “Return of Goods.”

    1. Return Processing
    2. How to Accept or Reject a Return

    Problem:

    1. Return Processing – you can see it.
    2. How to Accept or Reject a Return – it’s hidden by the “Documents” element (element with the betterdocs-single-category-wrapper class).

    Thank you, in this case I receive two emails at once:

    1. An email “Please activate your account” – the link works perfectly.
    2. An email from “Customer new account” which contains a standard email (not from a child theme).

    Please tell me. Is there a way to force one email from “Customer new account” to arrive so as not to bombard the user with two at once?

    Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your information.

    Could you please tell me if there’s a special code that would allow me to display the price the vendor will receive for this item on the product page (inside the dashboard) and on the product list page (inside the dashboard) when using the regular commission module?

    Thank you for your reply and link.

    Perhaps I expressed myself incorrectly; I meant Supplier Reports. (The ones that list sales amounts and the number of orders per week.) This report comes with the free version of MultivendorX – it also has section 3.2, “Supplier Reports,” on the documentation page in the link you sent.
    Are we correct in understanding that the sales report that suppliers receive via email isn’t saved anywhere in the system in the free version?

    Hello

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    1. We confirm that no changes were made to the child theme, and the emails were not modified. Custom code was disabled.
      We also disabled third-party plugins during testing.
    2. There is no issue sending the “Send test email” option from the WooCommerce settings – the email arrives intact.
    3. There is no issue previewing the email in the VooCommerce settings – everything looks perfect.

    The issue only occurs when the administrator pauses the Vendor account (see above for how) and the Vendor receives the email (see below).
