The widgets are not showing at all on the dashboard.
I just installed in my new website WP 5.9 as well, and getting the same issue.

I updated the plugin, tried to install again, but didn’t work 🙁
Yessss, same here. I disabled the plugin, closed the WordPress 5.9 welcome, and activated again. But it is showing nothing.
