Thank you for your suggestions. I did those things, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.

Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and run these tools one by one:

Update WooCommerce database
Clear WooCommerce transients
Regenerate product lookup tables
Clear customer sessions

Next, I checked the tables: If any table shows warnings like “crashed” or “needs repair,” repair it. But no tables were corrupted.

Next, I checked ‘Order Data Storage’. This is where something finally started happening. When I clicked ‘enable compatibility modes,’ all my orders in the ALL category were updated correctly. Additionally, in the Orders tab: Processing (2), I see the number (2), which is correct because I have two orders that are not yet processed and complete. Unfortunately, when I click the Processing (2) tab on the orders page, four orders appear that I had long ago unchecked as completed. I can now uncheck them as completed, and they will be completed for a short time, but after a while, they reappear as processing.

It also doesn’t matter whether I have ‘WordPress’ or ‘HPOS’ selected. The same strange things happen in both cases.

Do you have any suggestions on what I should do now?

‘Demo mode

While in demo mode you may try out the system and test passes, but you may not publish them in production.’

Can that affect how it works?

After reviewing your site I see a couple of things which are worth pointing out.

You have our PayPal plugin enabled on your site but you haven’t connected it to your PayPal account. You seem to be using a 2nd PayPal called “Payment Gateway for PayPal on WooCommerce”. You don’t need multiple PayPal plugins as that can just lead to conflicts. Is there a reason you haven’t connect our PayPal plugin?

You’re right. I used this plugin [payment plugins for paypal woocommerce] for over a year but had a lot of problems with it. The main problem was that your plugin wouldn’t transfer my customer data to my orders, so I had to do it manually. Since I changed my PayPal plugin to [Payment Gateway for PayPal on WooCommerce], everything is back to normal. Following your advice, I deleted the plugin [payment plugins for paypal woocommerce] so I have only one PP plugin installed.

You have the Payment Request Gateway (GPay) and the Google Pay Gateway enabled on your site. Why don’t you just use the GPay integration through the Payment Request Gateway? It’s working perfectly fine on your site.

You’re right. I used this plugin for over a year but had a lot of problems with it. The main problem was that your plugin wouldn’t transfer my customer data to my orders, so I had to do it manually. I used both with and winthout ‘www’ – but got the same result.

Read this support thread about the proper domain entry to enter in the Google Pay Console? https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/google-pay-configuration/ – I did it.

Can you provide a product page url to the site?

If I activate woopayment plugin then G-pay works on it but not with your plugin and I like your plugin more.

Yes, I updated from 6.7 to 6.8 and this is when the error appeared.

Thank you for your answer. I copied the code to CSS (and cleared cache contents in WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin (and also disabled it) followed by regenerated all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools

But this didn’t produce any change in the way the photos are presented on my site. They are always under the top menu 🙁

This is what I did:

1. I added the custom css
2. I cleared cache contents in WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin (and also disabled it)
3. I regenerated all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools

but unfortunately the problem hasn’t been fixed. Can I put some empty space between a picture and top menu?

What I like about GK is that supports CSV files import – I know it because I spent last 3 days watching your GV academy 😉

There are also many good features which I would love to use. But when I contacted GV support I was told that GravityWiz Populate Anything plugin (alog with GK) can help me. GravityWiz Populate Anything plugin team replied to me: “Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with Product Configurator, and we don’t have another solution for this ourselves.”

I wrote already to facetwp, but I’m affraid that this is just for small shops and not for a large database with hundreds of thousands records.

Are you sure that I can’t create such Faceted Search with GK plugin?
