No, if I’m using less than 30 elements it works fine.

Here is my temporary url link. The first carousel you see on the page scrolls back. The second one is contains 30 elements and works fine.

I have inserted a screenshot. Hope it makes more sense now. 🙂

When I add a product to the cart it looks like this.
