In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Encoding errorGood afternoon.
Unfortunately, the problem remains.
The problem appears only if the name of the author has a capital Czech letter. For example, the name will be a letter Š,Ř,Ž,Č.
If the name is not a capital letter š,ř,ž,č then there is no error.“Kateřina D.” – in this case does not show an error.
“Kateřina Č.” – shows an error. The error itself is below.
“This page contains the following errors:
error on line 14 at column 32: Encoding error
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Encoding errorGood evening.
About two months ago, I wrote that when creating an XML file, the feed for the Merchant Center throws an error if there are Czech letters in the name of the review author.
In corrected this error in the text of the review, but did not fix the error in the name of the author.
I can ask you to fix the error, and add the check also in the name of the author who wrote the review.
Thanks.Forum: Plugins

I also found that if there is a letter in the name of the author of the comment “Š”, the file XML also gives an error:This page contains the following errors:
error on line 45 at column 32: Encoding error
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error. Please fix this in the next version of the plugin. Thank.

I changed the letter to Z, after which the error disappeared.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Encoding errorPreviously, it also gave an error when there were Czech letters in the recall. Now it gives an error at the moment when in the name of the person who left the review there are Czech letters.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] XML Feed – encodingGood day.
Updated to the latest version, the same problem.
Works correctly only in version 3.68
Now the plugin works on this version. if you need a screen that is not properly encoded, I can send it))And further:
you have previously added a variable “ecomm_prodid”: ‘ ‘. In the new version of the plugin, this variable is no longer there.
On my website, I myself added a variable to your plugin code.
