Motors plugin doesn’t install Elementor Widgets by default. Therefore issue you’re describing is related specifically to Motors theme components (Motors Elementor Widgets. For that reason, it’s handled by our dedicated support team, not the general plugin support channel.

I understand your frustration, but there are a few important clarifications here, because what you’re experiencing is not a broken plugin, but a mix of outdated documentation references and configuration issues.
First, regarding image uploads:
If images cannot be uploaded in both the free and Pro versions, this is not caused by Motors Pro itself. Motors uses the standard WordPress media uploader. When uploads are stuck or fail, the cause is almost always one of the following: server permissions, mixed-content (HTTP/HTTPS) issues, security rules (ModSecurity/WAF), or missing required listing fields that prevent the form from completing. This is why hosting-level checks are usually required for image upload issues.Second, regarding the “Features List”:
You are correct that older documentation refers to Listing Page Details → Features List, but this part of the documentation is outdated. The feature management system was reworked, and features are now handled via the Listing Manager, not under Loan Calculator or Listing Page Details anymore. This is why you cannot find it where the old docs mention.The correct and current way to manage listing features is documented here:

What you’re seeing (always a dark theme with square radio buttons and black text, even after selecting another calculator theme) usually happens when the calculator’s theme styles are not being applied or loaded properly. This most often happens due to caching or mixed-content issues.
Before anything else, please make sure you’re using the latest version of Cost Calculator Builder. You’re currently on 3.6.7, which is outdated and has known issues with theme handling. Updating to the latest version and then re-selecting your desired calculator theme followed by Preview & Save often resolves this.
After updating, clear all caches, browser cache, any caching plugin, server cache, and CDN cache if applicable.
Additionally, open your browser’s developer console (Inspect → Console) and check for mixed content errors (e.g., 413 or blocked resources because of HTTP/HTTPS mismatch). If you see mixed content errors, this can prevent the calculator styles from loading. You can fix this by resolving mixed content on your site; here’s a guide to help:
