    Yesterday night it came back to showing correct. It happensd many hours after update and flushing cache etc. I didnt do anything specific, but you are right, now is showing nice…. A little bit strange, but I am happy again!

    My challenge is not to “update the translation pack”….
    My challenge is “How can I use the translation pack”

    I will love to help with translation. But I does not give any sense to me, when I dont know how to activate/view/use the translation…

    So again: How do I activate an other language than default english?
    As it is now I only see english word, not a single danish word…
    What is the secret trick?

    Unfortunately, the problem is still there. As I understand, the problem is aknowledged and we all are waiting for a fix from woocommerce developers. We still a problem until then…

    Sorry if I was ‘too root’! …

    And sorry to say, that this is not related to Amazon!?

    I dont use Amazon at all, this is a very small local webshop, with a minimum of integrations, other than a local PaymentGateway. Absolutely no connection to Amazon….

    Exactly WHAT doesn’t happen?

    On your screenshot I can see that Woocommerce is still injecting your adressinformation in the “woocommerce-shipping-totals shipping” field.
    (“Shipping to Amman, Ammana, Amman, Amman, 11118, Jordan.”)

    To mee it looks like that the “shipping calculation” is activated EVEN it is not enabled in backend. And this is something that started after a recent update, not the original/expected behaviour.

    So I am looking for a way to force a deactivation of the calculation happening, even I have not activated any calculation.

    Only calculation done, is weightbased, and this part works flawless.
    Please feel free to place an order in the shops linked above!

    Regarding themes; This woocommerce webshop IS running on Storefront. And I have I have tried “a plain fresh storefront installation”, but it doesnt change anything… πŸ™
    Also, I have this problem with other woocommerce installations… (running elementor and hello-theme with woocommerce)

    Again; To me, without being an expert, this more looks like some small ‘bug’ in a recent WC-update. And I really hope that it can be fix in a new update of the plugin.

    AND; Is there anyway to FORCE a deactivation of freight-calculation?

    Clearly Woocommerce has got a new problem with shipping labels/fields, (also giving issues in automatic calculation, what can not be deactivated!) Many people seems to have variations of errors..
    And it looks like it is a problem in a recent WC-update.
    Please help to find the ‘root’, instead of providing workarounds….

    Having same problem!
    Is there no solution to this?

    I can confirm that the excerpt now is fully functional… πŸ™‚

    One ‘funny’ thing thus:
    The excerpt end with “…”
    If I choose ‘Plain text’ the … becomes …
    Choosing HTML shows correct …
    (But scrabe all other formatting (bold, italic etc)

    I have now had a ‘real life’ examplke….
    Unforyunately in the ‘real-life’ the excerpt shows nothing/is blank.

    As said, the test wrks flawless.
    But real life, doesnt πŸ™

    Hope you have a solution….

    I have now installed the new version.
    I can see that the ‘logic’ is that I change the {content} to {excerpt}.
    I have tested after update, but the ‘test string’ (This is a sample of the content excerpt) is only 38 characters…. I dont want to spam all my users with an ‘real example’ so I will wait and see for the next ‘real-life’ notification.

    Will it be possible to trim the length of the excerpt? I was hoping for “10 words”, you choose “100 characters”. Can you implement an option to fix the ‘amount of excerpt’?

    I this because you joined Woocommerce? So that the acquisition is actually resulting in less support? Or?
