Can this still be done if they are not actually free tickets? We just want people to be able to reserve the tickets online, but we don’t want to accept payment for the tickets online…make sense?

The info doesn’t come through only if they make a mistake in entering info, get the error message and correct it and submit. If they enter their information correctly and hit submit, everything works the way it is supposed to. It’s almost as if that, when the submitter makes a mistake and corrects after receiving the error, the plugin still recognizes it as a valid submission but doesn’t pass the information on – even though a reservation is created, but doesn’t contain any information. And since there is no email address passed on, there is no email confirmation sent out. Does that make sense?

Adult and Child line up and their prices, but when you click on any of the other dates, Adult and Child are not lined up and neither are their prices. It’s almost like the Adult line needs to be tabbed over. Make sense?

With my test show I have set up, when choosing performance date, I noticed that the ticket type and price lined up under the 01/28/22 date, but none of the other descriptions line up with the other dates. Make sense? Any ideas if this can be corrected?

I found out that the Education Zone I was using along with the University Zone themes both were throwing that error when I checked. The Twenty series did not throw the error with the NextGen, but I switched to the theme that they recommended since they were not going to support that Twenty theme anymore. So far, all looks well for now and I guess I will use (at least) for now. Thank you for your help in support with this!
I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated only the Nextgen and it still throws the “Error thrown
Call to undefined function Avada()” error.It is the latest version of Nextgen and the error appears when you pull up the home page (but only when Nextgen is activated).
Is Avada another plugin? I don’t have any Avada listed…
