I don’t know why, but after updating Jetpack from Version 3.9.2 to Version 3.9.4 the problem is gone! Ticket can be closed.
better: from my url http://www.gartenlanger.de (hosted by strato.de) I tried to connect with jetpack plugin to my wordpress.com account and received the described error.
