Yes so this will be only the issue as you are using the Free version and in this only Cash On Delivery payment method is supported, that’s why the offer is not showing.

Please try COD for test purposes and it will work, in the pro version you can use Stripe and other gateways too,

As per your query, there may be some setting issues that’s why the offer is not showing please check these below steps to recheck at your end once-

i) You’ve enabled the one-click to upsell funnel plugin. Navigate to the Global Settings and enable the plugin if it is disabled

ii) Your funnel is not in Sandbox Mode. If it is, edit the funnel and make it Live, and Save Changes.

iii) You are testing for the correct target product or category you’ve set in the funnel.

iv) The offer page is published.

v) You’re making the payment through one of our supported payment gateways in the Free version only COD is available

vi)  Your products should be Published, not in Draft (check from Products section).
