Thanks for using our plugin!For now, our plugin doesn’t offer such functionality to stop being redirected to the my-account page, you can go to public/js/woocommerce_refund_and_exchange_lite-public.js and edit the file and comment on the code on line 223.
This will stop the redirection functionality after the refund request is submitted.

Our plugin fully works on the translated site it seems some issue with the third-party plugin or theme.
For the template titles, we haven’t provided this option in our free plugin.

It seems that the issue you’re facing is due to the theme or third party plugin please run a test by deactivating the theme as well as plugin one by one you will find the culprit plugin.

You may be having CSS conflicts due to the theme. You can also run a test by changing the theme.

We are sorry it didn’t work as expected for you in the free version we only provide one template.
When it generates pdf it takes the original image size and if the image size is larger then images will be broken and maybe some blank pages as well for this we need to write some CSS to fix the image size however we have provided the option to enter the custom CSS in our pro plugin.We ask for the license key for the verification so that we can help our customers in a much better way.
