So you can run a test by deactivating a theme as well as a third party plugin one by one you will find the culprit plugin,

Currently, you can’t display the buyer’s name in the gift email subject but yes you can display the buyer’s email in the gift card email subject by using the [BUYEREMAILADDRESS] shortcode.

As per your query-
1. The picture of the offer product isn’t showing up > This issue is from your theme as some clients faced this same issue and we resolved it, so you can connect with our team for this we will check and make it work for you,
2. Offer product is non-clickable. The buyer can’t click on the product to view the product page > Yes this feature is not available as of now, but we are updating this feature in the next version which will be released next week,

As per your query if you want to automatically select bump offer if the Target product is in the cart so this feature is not available right now,

In our previous plugin version, it was possible to create a user at the time of order placement but in the latest version, we have applied validation for not to allow the unregistered users to place an order.
In the next version we are going to optimize this feature in our plugin as we have received the queries regarding this, so please stay updated.
