Thanks for your response!This should be not happening, As we get the current languages code through the wpml_get_active_languages function. we have also added validation to check if WPML is activated.
It looks like your WPML is not fully set up. If you are getting this problem then you can delete the plugin from the file then this will workIf still any query then please let us know

Thanks for using our plugin,
Yes, you can mark the order status completed as well cancelled. If you are using our pro version the gift card coupon becomes 0 on the order status cancelled or refunded.
Gift Card orders will not automatically mark as completed, for now, You have to update the order status manually.
In the Gift Card order Gift Card product will be listed on the order edit page, the Same as other WooCommerce products.Regards,

Currently, you can see 10 users at the time. As you have more than 1000 customers, you can use the pagination and get the other customer’s data.
We haven’t displayed the order data, We have just displayed the points log here.
If you want to sort the user according to the total points then we have also provided the sorting features under Points Table. It will work with your all customers.Regards,

Currently, we haven’t tested our plugin with the customer roles engine, but we have provided user role-related features in our pro version, from there you can restrict the user roles to use the features of the plugin.It may help you.

Thanks for coming back!You can find the log section after you tried to deactivate the plugin in the plugin section in the WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs.
Also, it will be helpful if you share the screenshot of the plugin section when trying to deactivate the plugin so that we got the error it shows on that page.

Thanks for using our plugin!It looks like there is some conflict between the free and pro versions with the outdated version, our latest version for the points and rewards plugin is 1.2.1 please download the latest version from WordPress and let us know if still is there any concern.
