Thanks for using our plugin!The feature you’re asking for is not in our free plugin, we have provided the functionality to assign the points to the product categories or even to the individual product in our pro version only, kindly check that once.

1. The theme is creating an issue with the plugin
2. Some third-party plugin is more prioritized that’s why it’s blocking to add productsIn this case, I would recommend you to please try changing the theme and make a trial with deactivating the plugins.

As far as your query if the cart is not updating please try to change the theme it can only be the issue. As we have tested the plugin is working fine from our side.

For getting the alert regarding the order messages for the admin, you can enable the emails for the order messages from the very same Enable order messages tab so that you can an email notification for the same.
