Thanks for using our plugin.I want to tell you that as this is our free plugin, so it will only sync the registered users only.
You can check out our Pro Version of the plugin. There you can sync both guest users and registered users with any order status. Our pro version of the plugin has more of the extra features along with 70+ custom fields and 18 segments. There may be some concern with the third-party plugins or theme, could you please try once by deactivating all other plugins one by one and also by using it with the default standard theme, if still there is any concern then you can try by deactivating and deleting the plugin and installing it again from the WordPress if still there is any issue then you can connect with us we will help you out.

So I have again tested with the Uncode theme & the plugin is working perfectly, the products are adding to the cart, and also if you want to update more products.
All is working fine, so there may be some other issue, we need to check this from our side, so you can connect us here and our team will help you with this.

If you are using the latest Free version 1.4.3 of the plugin then there will be no issue with you.
If you will use the PRO version then also you will get the latest version and there the issue is already resolved.

Maybe you could share the codefix here and I will implement it in the free version? >> As we told the issue was with the free & pro both but it’s been one week we already resolved it,
You need not do anything you can just simply download the latest PRO v1.3.1 & all will work fine.
