Language should not affect the date format. As we have inherited the WordPress date format so you can modify it from the WordPress settings > General > Time Format. From here you can set the Custom date format according to your need.

and as you know there are millions of themes so it’s impossible to make the compatibility with all of them, on the other hand our 3000+ client on free and 1670+ clients on the pro one are using this plugin feasibly without any concern of any theme, so one out of hundred times it may create some small CSS issue with such theme.If still you have any concern then you can contact us we are always here to help you.

First I would like to tell you that please make sure to check all the feature settings are being done properly. We have provided documentation and videos for this.
For “Smart Offer Upgrade” – This feature doesn’t work if the Global Funnel feature is enabled for the similar funnel, so take care of this also.
Also if you are using free version then make sure to check supported payment gateways.

Thank you for using our plugin!
This error occurs due to Mautic cache or incorrect directory permissions.
Please clear your Mautic cache and set up the right directory permissions and try again.There are two ways to do that. In version 2.x
The easiest is to navigate to the folder, where your Mautic is set up and follow this path: path-to-mautic/app/.You will find the cache folder there. Delete its content or just rename the current cache folder to something like cache_bkup or _cache.
After this please re-authorize again with mautic.
