The screenshot you have shared seems to be an Envato plugin.
As you have purchased the plugin over there then please generate a support thread over there. Both are different plugins.
Also, make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. You can get it from your Envato account.

1.How to block And Unblock User Wallets. when blocked the user cannot make any transactions using the wallet.
2. How to separate a wallet into two types One Contain Deposited cash (money added to a wallet) Other contain bonus cash (referral money, cashback, others), and when payment for order 20% of money deducted from bonus cash others by deposit cash or other payment gateways.->> Thanks for putting out such great suggestions we will try our best to put them in the pro version which will be going to release soon.
Bugs
1. Pay with Wallet options not shown in checkout.
->> This option can’t be shown to the customer until the price which he has to pay is less than the wallet amount. So please check once on this scenario.2. Remove the order again button on the orders view page it gives the error when hit the button.
->> Can you please clarify this point as our plugin doesn’t provide any order again button at all, this may be an issue from any third-party plugin.3. It takes too time to process to add money to a wallet at checkout.
->> Ok can you please tell us that whether you’re using some third-party plugins on the checkout page, maybe their continuation is making some issue, if not then we can try to optimize it on our own.4. Plugin size too large 12.2 MB

I’d like to tell you that our plugin does sync the Shipping Address under contact information, if you’re using any third-party plugin to track the shipping addresses then we need to make that plugin compatible with our plugin so that it can work as expected.

I’d like to tell you that, the plugin does remove all field data but in this case, you need to first disconnect the store of yours by navigating to our plugin’s dashboard and disconnect the store, while disconnecting there’ll be a checkbox to delete the metafiles, you can tick the checkbox and the metafiles will get deleted.
The second case is while generally deactivating the plugin we don’t delete the files because usually most of the clients deactivate the plugin just for testing purposes, hence we do not delete all the data while deactivating but we can do it if needed by the client accordingly.

Thanks for explaining your problem in detail.
You want that when any customer redeem the points while placing the order then they will not get any points for that order.
But currently, we don’t have this feature in our plugin.

Ok so we need to know two things:
Please let me know are you getting tickets on the WooCommerce section, if not then it’s the issue of your authentication.
Also please let me know in the user account section there is a dropdown that shows all the billing emails are you able to see the emails on that dropdown.
Please update me about this and if this doesn’t resolve the issue please ask our support so that we can check this from our side.
