In the screenshot, this is user panel so in the user, panel user can check their ticket and create the ticket.
Admin can check the user ticket in admin user menu section.

It seems that you are using the product assign points feature to providing points to your customer.
In our pro version, you can assign points globally only. Not to the specific product.If you want to provide a point to the specific product then please go for our pro version.

So don’t make any changes on your site you only deactivate the plugin and clear the cookies. Make new Upsell offers and try again.
If you have a staging site then you can test it with that also, if the issue is the same on both sites.
Is it possible that when I pushed the staging site to the live site, there was a configuration that was still using the staging site address and causing the error? >> It may be possible this is making offers expired, but we can’t confirm this without checking this.
Please check all these possibilities and if the issue is still not resolved then you can take help from support as we need to check this.

Please tell me where you are creating tickets.
Also please Goto your store (woocommerce) and check your site URL, check your API keys once.
If all these things are set to correct then it must work fine, please recheck all the settings and let me know.

Please also check if you are using any checkout cart plugin or related to that, it may be it’s changing the order and format

2)Not fixed. Refundable amount still excludes shipping cost.
->>we don’t provide any functionality to refund shipping fee from the order as product is delivered so if customer request for refund then only product price will be refunded3)Not fixed. order, order_number all of them sends wrong order number to customer.(using custom order number plugin)
->> As now we check that you’re using some third party plugin so we need to check compatibility with that, also you can check once by deactivating the third party plugin, then our short code will work fine in the email template.Regards

The issue can be due to the theme which you are using as we have tested it’s working fine.
So please check the same thing with the other theme and share the screenshot if the issue still persists.We will help you with this.
