If you are on the latest version then please click on re-authorize account on our plugin’s dashboard and re-authorize the account with the user who has super-admin access on HubSpot.

Thank you, I’d like to tell you that our plugin syncs the city as a Billing city, and for the case of the phone number, please check by navigating to WooCommerce> HubSpot > Contacts > and review if all the contacts are well synced and updated or not. Sometimes because of un-updated data, the properties are shown as null.Let us know if you have any further questions.

Our plugin sync deals in the format: order # +Customer Name but if it’s not syncing this way then that needs to be checked by my developer, this format can further be edited but we need to check the issues first, and then proceed accordingly, you can reach out to us.

Yes, you can add a deal stage and select them for mapping, it won’t impact any deals or data that is synced to HubSpot, it’ll sync the future deals in the mapped stages accordingly.

This is the first time we are getting this kind of issue, it seems to be site-specific or might be due to a conflict with any other plugin.
You can try by deactivating other plugins one by one to find the plugin that is conflicting with ours and deactivate it if not in use.
