There’s no option to make it ticked for all of the users within our plugin. But I can add it up in the roadmap of our plugin, if we find this a good option we can add them up in the future. To sync this in the old user, you need to resync all of the contacts.

Thank you for your suggestion, just to let you know that error log files are generated for every sync to show if there’s any error in the sync or not, it’s sufficient to check the issue. Furthermore, I’ll add this to the roadmap of our plugin surely.

While installing the plugin, have you clicked on the historical sync button? If yes, then the data must have synced.
Could you please add the screenshot of our plugin’s dashboard? so that I can have a look at the data that’s synced and what’s not.

I’d like to tell you that, our integration plugin “HubSpot for Woocommerce” provides the default feature of abandoned contacts sync as well as abandoned cart-related properties synced to HubSpot.
Could you please confirm which specific plugin you are talking about, as it is a free plugin?
Disconnecting the HubSpot portal from the site will remove all the metadata from the site. The metadata didn’t get deleted from the database as you might have deactivated it without disconnecting our plugin.

Please click on disconnect the store > tick the checkbox (ticking this won’t delete the data from HubSpot but only the meta IDs related to it) > reconnect the store.
