That address was the original one but the site is now reached from it’s plural: http://marinecourtapartments.co.uk/
I have a feeling that this is what is causing the issue?

They were the ones that told me to ask here! I’ve sent on your links, so hopefully that PHP password change might unlock things, but if it isn’t WP blocking access I’m not sure.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Can't access DashboardCould this be because the domain was changed a week or so back? The site used to be on marinecourtapartment.co.uk not the current plural apartmentS, so the log-in may be confused? I can’t get it to send a new password as it doesn’t seem to recognise any that I try.
