Hi @wfmark
Thank you for checking, as soon as I can I will let you have an update.
Many thanks

HI @wfmark
Yes that is the one. I have an editor who is using the 2FA ok but I think I created them as a user first and then added them to the booking system. It is the role of salon staff that is giving me the problem. They have less priviliges in what they can see on the booking system and were created from within it. I wonder if I created a new standard user and then added them into the booking system I might be able to get round it. Do you think as soon as I give them the role of salon staff the 2FA would stop working if I had managed to get it set up that way? Thankyou.
HI @wfmark, no problem thank you for your help.
I believe from memory everything was up to date when I set up the 2FA a couple of weeks before I raised this ticket. Everything is up to date at the moment but it still doesn’t work. I think it might be something to do with the roles that the booking system sets up. I had already disabled and tried to set the 2FA up again but will give it another go. I will also contact the booking system developer and if I still can’t resolve it will come back to you. Thank you.
Hi Mark,
I wondered whether the file I sent found its way to you ok?
Thank you very much. MHi Mark,
Thank you I have just sent it.
Hi,
I have removed the visibility settings. What is wrong with the set up please as I had selected Pages from conditions and then chose the page (the homepage) from the list of pages that display once you start to type as that is the only page we want it to show on. That was the only visibility I have in place but as I mentioned previously in this thread, the json file is showing it has picked the url which is not what is set.
I still see it still flashes up and then disappears on the homepage even after the visibility settings have been removed but is staying place on the other pages.
ThanksHi,

Hi,
Here is a link to the json file https://pastebin.com/zB0H7wAW
I notice that it specifies the condition as being displayed on the url (altered for pastebin) but I have actually chosen only this page as the condition and then selected the homepage from the list of pages. I’m not sure if it is defaulting to that because it has identified it as the homepage.
Thanks

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Superfly Menu being blockedHi Jarno,
Thank you for your reply but this ticket is not resolved yet.
I followed the steps suggested by Aert and provided careful feedback so you could look into seeing if you could provide a fix for the problem.
Obviously it is not suitable to have YouTube disabled but it is the only way to have the hamburger showing.
Could you please let me know if this is something you will be able to fix?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Superfly Menu being blockedHi Aert,
I added superfly to the whitelist as suggested and the hamburger still showed (Twitter and YouTube still disabled).
Enabled YouTube and the hamburger disappeared.
Disabled YouTube and enabled Twitter and the hamburger is still displaying.
Before contacting you I did disable YouTube (not Twitter) as I thought that might be a problem but it did not solve it. It seems that disabling YouTube combined with having the items whitelisted works.
Just to be clear the hamburger is displaying and I currently have YouTube disabled and the following in whitelisted integrations:
sf_main-js-extra
sf_main-js
superflyMany thanks

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Superfly Menu being blockedHi,
Yes having both the Twitter and YouTube disabled has fixed it. Will you let me know if you will be able to fix it so I can enable them both again please?
Thank you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Superfly Menu being blockedHi Aert,
I have done that and cleared cache but it doesn’t seem to have resolved it.
ThanksHi Nithin,
Thank you for that information. I have looked where you indicate but it tells me there is no information because my local list is not available because I have not enabled my local list.
I am going to use the sign up without the GDPR integration but thank you all for the help.
Hi Nithin,
Thank you that is the css I was after.
Many thanks
