In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] PayPal buttons not loading on mobileCookieYes have been very helpful. They suggested I change the status of my PayPal cookies. There were PayPal cookies in the Functional and Performance cookie categories in my cookie list. I changed the category of these cookies to Necessary. The buttons now load on my site even if I select “reject cookies”. Thanks very much for your help. All solved! Marc

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] PayPal buttons not loading on mobileHi Krystian,
Yes, that is my site and thanks for looking into this so quickly. I have been able to reproduce the situation as you described it. When I accepted cookies, I could see the PayPal buttons. The cookie plug-in is CookieYes.
>A possible solution would be to either switch to a different cookie consent plugin or configure the current one to exclude our JavaScript from being blocked.
I’d prefer to keep CookieYes. Could you re-paste the link regarding the Javascript? I don’t seem to be able to click on it. Thanks again!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal buttons not loadingHi
I have the same problem. The PayPal buttons don’t appear on mobile but do on desktop. I’ve tried Chrome and Firefox (clearing the cache each time). A few days ago, I disabled caching for all product pages and this has not helped. I also disabled all speed settings that related to Javascript and CSS (in Siteground Speed Optimizer). Again, no difference.
Since this problem occurred, I have moved server hosts. The engineers there have also tried to rectify this problem (turning off WP Rocket) and turning off caching for the relevant pages. They had no success either. No new plug-ins have been added to my site recently.
Any help would be gratefully received as I’d prefer to continue using the official WooCommerce PayPal plug-in if I can.
Regards,
Marc

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] No traffic and data after latest updatesHi Shameem,
Thanks for this update. I had partial data flowing which seemed odd. Your post has solved this. I did have cookie consent on my website but for some reason it wasn’t on. Once I had a cookie plug-in working the full data (it was only US and non-EU and non-UK before) started flowing again. I appreciate your help,
Marc

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] No traffic and data after latest updatesHi,
Just to add I’ve had issues too. The last version that’s properly worked for me is: 1.8.14 of the plugin. The lastest version no longer breaks the images on my site (an issue with one a few weeks ago), but I’m no longer gettting Real Time Google Analytics data. I can post my Woo Commerce status if that helps. Thanks.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Theme Conflicts since 2.0.0“We’ve actually done some more testing here. It’s a conflict of several plugins. The issue appears with your plugin’s version 2.0.0 and above, the Siteground Speed Optimizer ‘Minify JavaScript Files’ option enabled, and WooCommerce enabled.”
I have an issue with the same configuration. I started a separate thread yesterday but have just seen this and wanted to confirm this is my set up too. Marc
