In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Recurring payments don’t work.Hi, the card that was used in the screenshot its a card we use to test our ecommerce, and it is 100% functional and active. What is meant with the customer has removed the card from the stripe account ? We have a stripe account for our ecommerce, do the clients need to have one too to make recurring payments with your plugin?

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] Recurring payments don’t work.We are using WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway that works fine with normal WooCommerce products. In specific WooCommerce order of the first recurrent payment gives this error:”
Stripe transaction failed The order status has changed from Pending payment to Failed.”.
For the same first recurring payment the Stripe Log gives error “402 Cannot charge a customer that has no active card” even though the initial payment of the subscription goes through normally.
