OK, we managed to figure out what was not working. By installing the SMTP plugin that you recommended, the emails started working normally again.
However, when we checked the settings in Forminator, we realised that in the General Settings under “From Headers” the following address “[email protected]” was shown, which had worked until the end of June.
By removing the “www.” and leaving only “[email protected]” as the address, everything worked normally again.

Hi Dmytro, sorry for the late reply but we were closed last week. We tried to downgrade but it still doesn’t work, not even with the version before we received the last email from the form.

I used the email checker plugin and I correctly received an email saying “This test email proves that your WordPress installation at https://www.starfinder.it can send emails.”
I want to point out that I kept receiving notification from Forminator without any issues until 2nd of July, when the plugin got updated.
Moreover, I’m use this plugin also on another website http://www.starlabor.it/contatti and I have the same issue even there. Again starting from 2nd of July.
I also tried to reset the password on my account and I correctly received the notfication email from wordrpress. What should I do?I also specify that all other e-mails coming directly from WordPress or other plugins installed on WordPress arrive correctly.
I have the same problem, even I don’t get emails anymore, the last one I got was about 1.5 months ago.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Green alert box cutting off half the formI have the same problem as @cocakollo: once I click the send button, the green box indicating that the message has been sent is only visible for a fraction of a second and then disappears.
My site uses the NEVE theme and the plugins I use that refer to CF7 are CF7 Google Sheet Connector and Contact Form 7 Style.

In reply to: [Neve] Layout broken after Neve update to 3.0.5 and 3.0.6I confirm that there must be a bug or a plugin conflict in the theme from version 3.0.5 onwards. I’m stuck with version 3.0.4 because if I upgrade to later versions the theme breaks the layout.
