    Thanks! We manually set the subscription to “Active” and at least the member can access their content.

    For the Payfast when we test a renewal, would this work while Payfast is in Sandbox mode?
    Reason I ask, is because when doing Subscription testing on this solution some time ago, we noticed that the Payfast responses when the plugin was live, compared to Sandbox mode, were different, which meant some items could only be tested live.

    These orders aren’t on the database, but we’ve got the order confirmation mail. Since deleting an order removes it from the DB, something must have happened to delete those orders.

    There is no custom code interacting with orders (only custom code is CSS). The issue with testing and trying to recreate now is that this gap of 5 orders is the only gap we can see – all subsequent orders are going through correctly, so while we can recreate making an order, we can’t recreate what caused the original orders to disappear. It seems like something deleted the orders from WC, whether an ERP integration glitch, or something like that.

    We’ll just create those orders manually for record keeping purposes.

    I am experiencing the same issue, I see this plugin was updated in the last 24 hours.

    Most likely they aren’t declaring the compatibility, like this poster suggested.

    I see there is a compatibility mode (will need to sync all orders first).
    Has anyone tested the compatibility mode?

    I’m facing similar issues.
    What process did you use to roll back to 7.7.2?
    I can’t really restore an older version of the database, because new orders have been logged on the site since I did the update.

    Hey @wfpeter Thank you for the info and settings suggestion.
    I thought I had set the page not found rate limit to align with your suggestion, but after a user being blocked again, I saw that Wordfence had defaulted to a stricter rate limit again.
    I’ve updated those settings again, and hoping it sticks this time 🙂

    Hey @threadi Correct – the prices are added directly on the page as text.
    This project is still in design phase, so I don’t have a WP Media file URL to send (image upload functionality was disabled when I tried to upload a screenshot of the design).
    It would be something similar to this: https://rangerbucksafaris.com/sabi-sands/
    where the pricing is shown in a text editor container.

    @bcworkz Thank you, I appreciate the response, and the background / context for why the alt text updates / works the way it does.

    I will be looking for / commissioning a script like that, at least to find all instances of an image of a site, if not to “bulk update” alt text. That would be exactly what I’m looking for in this case. 😊
