The fix for multilanguage has already been released in the latest update, but it did not get approved on ww.wp.xz.cn
I don’t think it’ll get approved anytime soon, so in the meantime you can download and replace wpml-config.xml in your theme’s files:

We cannot really explain individually how to use some of the plugin’s features, but we do plan to release video documentation for all of our products so that should help.
Unfortuantely it’s not an easy process and it’s going to take a while until everything is ready.

Sorry for the late answer, are you using any Ad Blocker browser extension? It’s not very likely, but it could mess up with popups.
If so, try deactivating it and see if it works then.

Thanks for your suggestions, altough at the moment we are not working on a PRO version, this is something that we have considered and plan to release if the plugin will still be popular.
Regarding the stable and viable plugin, don’t worry about it, we will never let our plugins get outdated, no matter whether it’s free or PRO.

Unfortunately it’s not possible and I cannot think of an easy way to do it.
Redirection would work, but then it will redirect all trafic going to that review page straight to external products which is not the desired effect.Best regards,
