Hi @helixeagle,
Unfortunately, there is no way to replace the breadcrumbs of a post to include a page instead of the category.
If you think this feature would be useful, please submit a feature request here. We’re actively using the bug tracking on our GitHub repository so your best next step would be to create a new feature request for our developers. You will need a GitHub account to create one.
Hi @modelmen,
Unfortunately, there’s a difference between the support we can offer and the level of programming needed to change the values of our plugin in the database. Since we don’t want to take the risk that we break your website by suggesting incorrect or incomplete code, we cannot advise you on how to make such changes. And even though we cannot be of any assistance, you’re completely free to change anything in the plugin to better suit your needs.
Hi @mojtaba472,
We’ve inspected your website and noticed it is streaming movies without rights. We do not wish to be associated nor support websites which promote or distribute illegal content. Unfortunately, this means we cannot assist you with the issues you’ve experienced with Yoast SEO.
Hi @etoilethay,
For futurue questions regarding our premium plugins, please contact us through the beacon or send us an email.
To answer your question, there is no way set the Brand value site-wide. You’d have to create an attribute and set it on each product. You may be able to find a solution to set an attribute in bulk for all products.
Hi @tinachan123,
A blank meta box issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict. So we’d like you to please perform a conflict check. This will help us narrow down the exact cause and determine what the next steps are while saving you time.
Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Nineteen.
Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without affecting normal visitors to your site.
As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.
Can you please inform us of the results by replying here, so we might be able to help you solve this issue?

Hi @isabella92,
We do not recommend adding the nofollow tag on pages that have internal links only, unless they are all leading to pages that you do not want to be indexed. For example, if your checkout page still has links in the header/footer (or other useful internal links), then it would be best to allow Google to follow them.
We hope to have cleared things up for you.
Hi @isabella92,
One thing we noticed is that you are using Yoast SEO 8.2.1, which is highly outdated. We do not provide support for outdated versions of the plugin. Please update to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists.
At the moment, we could not find noindex robots tags, but we’re waiting for the plugin update to further investigate this issue.
We are looking forward to your reply.
Hi @goarif,
It seems the issue is happening only on subpages of category archives. What we don’t know yet what is generating these URLs. For example, these 2 URLs are identical:
– https://www.goarif.com/jalladkhana-badhyabhumi-dhaka/page/13/ (but you are redirecting this URL to the first category page). We have not yet been to replicate this issue on our end. If possible, please deactivate temporarily all the other plugins (except for Yoast SEO), and resubmit these URLs to Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool. Are you still getting that error for the breadcrumbs?
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Huib,
Thanks for following up. I’m sorry for the confusion, I was wrong on those URLs being subpages of the homepage. It seems they are subpages of some category archives.
For example, these 2 URLs load the same content:
– https://www.pairfum.com/british-flower-week-day-four-foliage/page/25/What we could not yet figure out is what creates the first URL. We’re still trying to replicate this issue on our end.
Hi @outrospective,
That filter is meant to be used if you want to use the
Articleschema for other post types too. It will use WebPage instead of Article by default. That being said, if you want to change the type from “Article” to something else, you’d have to use this snippet (replace
NonsensePagewith your preferred type).Hi Toby,
It seems that your website is inserting custom code to the XML Sitemaps, which is causing this issue. If you view the source of your page sitemap, the code generated by Yoast SEO starts at line 988 (as in this image).
That being said, there are 987 lines of code that are no generated by Yoast SEO. We recommend performing a conflict check, to determine if the issue persists when Yoast SEO is the only plugin active. Then, you can activate your other plugins back, one by one, until you find out which one is breaking the XML Sitemap.
To sum it up, the code generated by Yoast SEO for the sitemap is correct. There is a plugin or your theme that is inserting 987 lines of code. This may be useful for other pages, but it should not happen with the XML Sitemaps.
We hope to have cleared things up for you.
@shreen2008 you can do so with our schema API, which is meant to be used by developers. You can use a snippet to change the data.
@steveraven Thank you for your feedback! We do plan to add more schema types, but many of them will be determined by the type of blocks you are using (similar to the FAQ and How-To blocks).
Hi @imarkimage,
Did you fix the issue in the meantime? We’ve inspected the URL you have provided with Google Structured Data Testing Tool and could not find any errors in the schema markup.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Arien,
Please temporarily add the product in a third category. Does the option still not show up? We ask as we could not replicate this issue on our end.
In addition, are there any differences between the 2 products from which you have sent us screenshots? (Product type, inventory, etc.). We ask as it might be something that is triggering this behavior and we’re not aware of.
We are looking forward to your reply.
Hi @wplordthemes,
You are correct, the ‘noindex’ X-Robots-Tag is expected. We want Google (and other search engines) to crawl the XML Sitemaps and detect the links inside them, but we do not want the XML Sitemaps to be shown in the search results (as they’re not meant to be used by regular users, just by crawlers).
We recommend waiting for up to 24h to see if the status changes. In many cases, it updates itself to “Success” after a while. Alternatively, you can also delete the sitemap and try to submit it again to Google Search Console.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or need any help.
