You might need to read the review again.
What I expected was to be able to see which files were deemed to be changed. That’s all. Anything more than that, like a comparison between expected file contents and actual file contents (like the Linux diff command) for decision the making process, would have been a huge help. But I would have settled for a list of files.
Your system essentially said: “Something is bad”; with absolutely nothing to back that up. Was it true? Was it a false positive? Was it a lie to make money? I don’t know. There was no way to tell.
Anyway, I only added the reference to malware clean up for the sake of completeness.
