No problems now. I deleted Ninja Forms and am now using something else.
I’m having the same problem. No e-mails from form submissions and no redirects to my “thank you” page.
Have never experienced this with previous versions of Ninja Forms.

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor for WordPress] Latest plugin version doesn’t generate popupResponse to @leandrov
I am using a customized child version of Divi. Just updated the Divi parent theme to the latest version. This was done a week before the release of the new Campaign Monitor plugin.
Also running the most recent WordPress release, 4.7.1. I updated it a week before the latest Campaign Monitor plugin came out.
As mentioned above, my home page subscription popup is back. It appears to be working in Firefox and Chrome.
Unfortunately, the new version of the newsletter subscription form has busted the page layout at:
http://www.westernskycommunications.com/contact/thank-you/
This page used to have a one-column band (in blue) above two columns, with the Campaign Monitor form in the right column.

I reconnected my site — and this updated plugin — to my Campaign Monitor account. The good news is that the home page popup is back. URL:

I also had an e-mail newsletter subscribe form on the “thank you” page that contact form users are sent to.
Alas, the newsletter subscribe form has busted the page layout at:

It used to have a one-column band (in blue) above two columns, with the form in the right column.

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor Forms by Optin Cat] Latest Update Broke My SiteMe again. Am now talking to one of the Optin Cat developers. Long story short: Bug fixes are in the works.
So, I’m not asking for that refund after all.

In reply to: [Campaign Monitor Forms by Optin Cat] Latest Update Broke My SiteI had the same problem with my font-awesome icons and the Divi theme.
The (partial) solution: Deactivate Optin Cat.
I say “partial” because my top navbar search function still doesn’t work. And the display looks pretty bad in Firefox.
Nor could I get Optin Cat to actually add a subscriber. Kept getting error messages. Campaign Monitor tech support got them too.
BTW, I was using the paid version. And I would like a refund.
