In reply to: Cannot add link to images anymoreThank you Samuel, I just found that out before I read your reply! The thing is that in previous versions when inserting an image in the right column of your admin environment you would find a lot of options about the purpose of the image and one of them was applying a link.
I could close this topic now or delete it alltogether but I can imagine it would be confusing for other WordPress users too.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Theme Editor] Plugin as such okayWell, what I asked you several times was, how to translate some very basic expressions like “more” , “read more…” etc. into Dutch. I played around a little bit with several PO and MO files. So if you could either answer me this or pay my money back I would appreciate it highly although it is sad to see it took so long before you answer. I hope e you will receive my ticket now but just in case I also post the question here.

In reply to: Cover template: enough info how to create it but what is it?Thank you, (both to Joy and the moderator) I was in doubt between asking it in the theme’s support forum or somewhere else. I choosed for a more general question as I read that more themes have this cover page feature but I could not find out in which circumstances it is used or it is recommended to use it. I noticed that these cover page with their large overlay images are quite different from the whole theme style (not only for Twentytwenty) as if the page doesn’t belong to the hierarchy of the site. Anyway I will look further 🙂

I found it myself it was
.attachment .entry-title:before { /** content: "\f416"; paperclipje verwijderd */ font-size: 32px; margin-right: 10px; }The first line had to be removed.

In reply to: Customizing single.php only if used by the gallery shortcodeHi David,
Thanks very very much… entering the correct “uploaded-to” option already solved much more of my problem. I will check everything tomorrow again (time to sleep here in Holland) and mark the problem as solved unless I would have additional questions.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Customizing single.php only if used by the gallery shortcodeI am still puzzled about some issues related to this , I am trying to refer on image.php to the page where the images was attached as a gallery item, ‘get_post($post_id)->post_parent; ‘ and similar statements don’t refer to that page, they refer to the image page itself, when I could find a solution for that, a big part of the problem would be solved.

In reply to: Customizing single.php only if used by the gallery shortcodeI added image.php and actually the theme now uses it for gallery images.
What I would like to achieve is that the next image and previous image links only will guide the visitor through the current gallery, and not to images in other gallery (which now occurs when the last image of the gallery is shown). An additional link to the page (it are pages, not posts)where the gallery had been created would also be very welcome.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Customizing single.php only if used by the gallery shortcodeDavid thanks, as far as I see your reply I think you did understand my question, I think that image.php or attachment.php could resolve my problem, I still won’t mark my question as solved but there is a good chance I will be able to do so, otherwise I will ask additional question thx again
