Yes, after having it be broken for over two weeks with no reply, I gave up and uninstalled the plugin.

Apologies. I thought you missed the original post as there was no reply. If this has been answered before, please point me in the right direction as I am stuck. And I used my one chance w/our developers to get the plugin installed – so I need to get this working.
I also have updated the column header format to be plain text. That did not solve it. Help please!
