So if you select “Altro” on that question you see a conditional question appearing right afterwards? Because that’s what should happen. It does not happen for me if I use multiple options fields (if I use single options select fields yes, or if I use radio buttons).

Yes I still have the issue both on my laptop and on my phone (both on the latest version of Chrome), one is a macbook and one an iphone. The screen below is now from my phone:
