    Hello @silvrey ,

Thank you for using Hestia and for reaching out!

This issue was not part of the priority line as there were no other users reporting it, thus it allowed our team to work on issues that affected more users. However, I will submit this inquiry to our team again and hopefully, we’ll have a fix with the next version.

In the meantime, you can use other optimization tools as a workaround such as Optimole, Autoptimze, etc.

Thank you for understanidng and have an amazing day!

    Hello @scalpmonkey ,

Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!

The short answer to your question is no. Once the item has been imported into your instance using the Feed to Post feature, it becomes a WP Post of your instance and Feedzy cannot influence it anymore.

Thus if you import a post from a feed and that item is deleted at some point in the future from the feed, your original imported post won’t be affected. The same cannot be said if you are displaying the feed using the shortcode approach or the block one.

Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @niranjan0 ,

Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!

I have looked at your website and the space is not due to extra padding but due to some extra span tags that are inserted right before the title of the cards. (screenshot)

If you remove those spans, the card title will behave normally. (screenshot)

This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

To do it safely without losing any of your work, please take the following steps:
Install and activate the Health Check plugin.
    Enable the TroubleShoot mode.
Enable the Neve theme and open the page.
Does it resolve the issue? If yes, then there is some plugin conflict or configuration error that you can check by enabling theme/plugins one by one in the troubleshooting mode.
Health Check allows troubleshooting without losing the current setup. The changes are done only temporarily until you turn off the troubleshooting mode. However, it is recommended to keep a backup.

You might want to back your website up before doing this; if you don’t already have a backup plugin, then you can use this one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/updraftplus/.

Since it’s a new plugin, it most likely won’t cause any additional issues.

Thank you and let us know if this solved your issue.

    Hello @tachmoin and @tysowner,

Thank you both for using Neve and for reaching out!

The Logo cropping issue seems to be related to the latest version of the theme. we have already opened a discussion internally and it will be fixed with the next theme update.

Also, we would like to thank @tachmoin for providing a working solution for this situation until we manage to fix it in the theme. It is really appreciated!

Thank you for your collaboration and stay tuned for the next theme update!
    Have an amazing weekend!

    Hello @workload and @raylopezjr ,

Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delayed reply here!

We have already solutioned your inquiry on the PRO users dedicated channel, but since @raylopezjr might be interested, we decided to share the answer here too in case somebody else is encountering the same issue.

Indeed your file seems to be of immense size which we know can cause trouble in uploading it. We have opened a discussion internally for such cases, unfortunately, it seems like at the moment, we didn't find a working solution for these cases. Our only suggestion right now is to try and increase the memory_limit, post_max_size, upload_max_filesize size in the php.ini file and see if that works better.

Also, at this moment unfortunately there is still no viable solution for such a heavy file but we are actively working on finding one.

As for the information provided by @raylopezjr , would you mind sharing more information on that topic, please?

Thank you all for collaborating and have an amazing weekend!

    Hello @gdvwporg ,

Thank you for using Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!

I went ahead and checked and it seems like that might be some leftover code that our developers will take care of in our future release of the theme. It does not have any impact on the theme behavior thus you shouldn’t worry about it.

Thank you for bringing this information to us and have an amazing day!

    Hello @thesickle ,

Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delayed response!

Yes, you are correct. That was my bad, I thought you were referring to the Woocommerce ones. Indeed it seems like your initial environment might be at fault due to some particular setting.

You can try and search for plugin conflicts as that is usually the most common reason.

So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

    Hello @diriras ,

Thank you for using this plugin and for reaching out!

I have checked your website and it seems to be working fine for me, indeed it showed status as a miss for the first attempt but only got hit afterward meaning that the website was served from the nearest Cloudflare datacentre.

    Are you still encountering issues?

Thank you and we’ll await your answer!

    Hello @paulig ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Are you using another caching system alongside WP Cloudflare super page cache? If the answer is yes, then that is probably the reason for the caching of the sitemap as if you disabled it in the plugin settings, it shouldn’t be cached.

If that didn’t work, would you share the website URL with us so we can check further?

Thank you and we’ll await your answer!

    Hello @manni79 ,

Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!

I have tested the feed you have provided and I could import posts from it just fine.(screenshot).

If you are experiencing an issue with the feed above, can you please share a screenshot of the error you’re getting or explain what seems to not function correctly anymore?

Thank you and we’ll await your answer!

    Hello @manni79 ,

Thank you for reaching out and for your detailed reply!

I will respond to your recommendations below:

    1) If you are displaying the feed, then the majority of users wish to show the content of the feed in real-time, however, I would raise this idea with our development team and ask if there is anything we can do in this case in the future iterations of the plugin.

    2) In the article mentioned above, caching does not refer to actual file-based caching, but to the set interval of time that Feedzy waits (holds the current items displayed) before checking for any new items in the feed and updating the displayed feed. Here, the default value is 60 minutes, however, that can be changed if you wish to check for updates faster (documentation).

    3) Feedzy has the option to lazy load the feed entirely, not only the images. You can check this feature out here.

Thank you for your suggestions and have an amazing day!

    Hello @frencheagle ,

Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!

The feeds you plan to use with Feedzy need to be publicly available in order to fetch the items otherwise the plugin will not be able to interrogate the feed and fetch the data.

If the feed you are planning to use is protected as such, then I’m afraid there is nothing we can do on our end other than suggesting to change the feed or to reach out to their provider and ask if they can help out.

Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!

    Hello @rcthink ,

Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!

You can do that by using a child theme and by following our documentation here.

    Hello @rolito ,

Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delayed response!

At the moment there is no option to customize the appearance of the search results page but we do have a feature request implemented internally that should achieve it in future releases of the theme.

At the moment, you could achieve a similar effect by using a dedicated plugin for search results. You can pick the one that suits your needs best from this list here.

Thank you for understanding and have an amaizng day!
