In reply to: [Neve] About Add to Cart button in product archive pageHello @simongcc ,
Thank you for using Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!
That particular action is removed to ensure that the cart contents update when products are added to the cart via AJAX.
If you would try to add it back, you might encounter issues with the add to cart functionality depending on what you are trying to achieve.
You can try customizing the code by using a child theme and test things around until you find the correct solution to your specific need.
Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!
Hello @genepine ,
Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delayed reply!
It seems like this is the actually expected behavior from the plugin as the creator already confirmed on the other thread.
Thank you and have an amazing day!
Hello @geldnerd ,
Thank you for the additional information and sorry for the delayed reply!
Hmm… that is indeed very strange. I have created a test environment with the settings mentioned by you and still couldn’t reproduce it. I took another look at your dropbox screenshot and it seems like the error refers to the feed not being available thus I’m thinking that maybe the host is interrupting the feed when updating it and that error only appears on such occasions?
That is the only explanation I can possibly think of at the moment since if it was a constant issue, It should reproduce in all environments. I also haven’t seen any other cases other than the 2 mentioned here…
Does this error appear all the time on your end? Or just from time to time?
Can you please try to clear all your cache (server, browser, plugins) and try displaying the feed again?
Thank you and I’ll await your answer!
Hello @lynoo ,
Thank you for using MPG and apologies for the delayed reply!
MPG uses a set of data that you provide to it to create/generate unique pages based on that data, however it is not capable of creating an RSS feed as that is not why it was created.
Since the pages generated by MPG are not actual physical pages, I’m afraid that such an implementation wouldn’t be possible.

Hello @alktis ,
Thank you for using Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!
I have just tested the Elementor Pop-up feature on a staging environment and I had no issues seeing it on a mobile device (tested on an IOS device on Chrome and Safari).
Would you mind sharing the website where you are using this feature so we can take a further look?
Also, please make sure that your environment is up to date (theme, plugins, PHP version).
Can you also share the settings of your pop-up creation? (visibility, standard template or created from scratch, etc).
The issue might come from a particular setting.
Also, it would be an idea to check for plugin conflicts even if it might not seem the case. It is always good to check to make sure.
Thank you for understanding and we’ll await your response!
Hello @manni79 and @geldnerd ,
Thank you for your replies and apologies for the delayed replies!
I have tested the feeds again using the shortcode method and still couldn’t reproduce the errors on my testing environment, thus I’m thinking there must be something related to your environment.
We are dealing either with a plugin conflict, or maybe a WP/PHP version incompatibility.
Can you please disable all your plugins, except Feedzy, and see if the issue reproduces? If not, then you can start activating the plugins one by one until you manage to find the one causing the issue.
If that didn’t fix it, please let us know what version of WP and PHP you are using so we can try and replicate them to see if maybe that is the issue.
Thank you and we’ll await your response!
Hello @peterdost ,
Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!
I have used this feed https://www.panamericanareise.de/blog/feed/ and everything seems to be working fine on my end. (screencast)
Indeed the sticky posts look like they haven’t been imported but that’s because Feedzy starts importing items starting with the latest one and then searching through the feed. The posts that appear on the blog as sticky, are actually very far away in the feed provided, however, if you set the number of items to display to the maximum, they will appear on your page too (screenshot).
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do from our end in this case as the feed format does not interpret any posts as being sticky. What would need to happen is for the feed to re-format once a post is set as sticky on the website and place those items first in the feed. Then Feedzy will read the feed and display the items as they appear there, with the sticky posts first.
When Feedzy is displaying items, it reads and shows the feed as it is formatted in the source.

Hello @genepine ,
Thank you for using the plugin and for reaching out!
I think this note would better be posted in the Admin Menu Editor plugin support thread as it seems to be more related to how that plugin offers rights on the instance. I am not familiar with the other plugin but if it’s setting WP Maintainance to Editor then I think it would be correct to not be able to use the plugin since WP Maintainance only allows Admins to access the settings?
Please correct me If I’m wrong but that is how I understood the issue.
Thank you and have an amazing day!
Hello @dimopoulos ,
Thank you for using the plugin and for reaching out!
It seems like you managed to find the solution to your issue. Would you mind sharing it with the community in case anybody else is having the same difficulties?
Thank you and have an amazing day!
Hello @harute125 ,
Thank you for using the plugin!
Can you check if the SEO Redirect option is disabled in the plugin settings > Other Tab?
Thank you and please let us know if that worked for you!
Hello @andrewlowry ,
Thank you for using MPG and please accept our apologies for the delayed reply!
Can you offer us more details as to how you are trying to implement the background images?
Are you using an external URL that randomizes images and serves one into the CSV file used in MPG? (if you place such an url in MPG I’m not sure if it will work)
Or are you using such an URL on the template page and when the MPG pages generate, they fail to execute that command?
If you could provide us with as much detail as you can so we can reproduce the issue, we’ll be more than happy in searching for a way to achieve your desired effect!
Thank you and we’ll await your response!
Hello @razorfrog and @amartini ,
Here are some resources that might come in handy for your hosting provider. You can check these and see if they help in any way.
Thank you and please let us know if you managed to find a solution!
Hello Jon,
Thank you for your review!
This is a weird issue and didn’t hear any other user complain about it thus it might have been just a setup setting specific to your environment.
Also, I couldn’t find a support thread opened by you here thus would you mind opening one so we can help out with the issue at hand? Please make sure to describe the issue in as much detail as possible and we’ll do our best to help out in solving it.
Thank you for understanding and we’ll await your support thread to be opened!
Hello @tomanuel ,

In reply to: [Neve] Customer review and star shown with no reviewHello @stevegan,
Thank you for using Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!
After further investigation, it seems like the issue is coming from the Templates and Patterns Collection plugin. What seems to be happening is that the imported site has the reviews on the origin server, however, when it gets imported, the reviews are not coming along as they should.
We are currently investigating this issue as we reported it to our developers. Unfortunately, at this moment there is no workaround for it other than creating new products instead of using the imported ones.
Thank you for pointing this out and have an amazing day!
