    Hello @ivanorzola ,

    Thank you for choosing Neve!

    This error appears because Google cannot find your site identity logo URL. I saw that you have input your logo with the Site Identity section of our theme so the issue might not be coming from the theme itself.

    This might be happening due to a conflict issue. I would recommend de-activating all plugins then start activating them one by one and checking with each activation if the issue still persists until you find the plugin causing the issue.

    I also noticed you are using Rank Math and they actually helped someone with the same issue on their support forum here . If this didn’t work either we will try and investigate further.

    A screenshot of the error log would be appreciated if the issue still persists!

    I hope this answer will be helpful!

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @stuart2020 ,

    Thank you for using Neve!

    Unfortunately this feature doesn’t come with Neve out of the box thus in order to achieve it you would need to create a child theme and apply some serious custom code to it.

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @jeskiv ,

    Yes mobile and tablet devices work on the same principle of onclick events (touching the screen), lacking hover states at the moment.

    As for the way the Neve Mega Menu is working on mobile with it’s child sub-menus, we implemented it this way in case someone want’s to use the parent link as an actual link directing to another page. If an user would click the parent link in the mobile menu, it would redirect to another page instead of opening the sub-menu, thus the drop down arrow appeared as a way of keeping the theme lightweight and also practical.

    Thank you for all your input and have an amazing day!

    Hello @sonarscope ,

    I see you’re not using Neve anymore.

    Our themes are optimised in such a way that they function with the majority of the plugins in the market, but of course there might be conflicts appearing from time to time.

    This might have been caused by a caching plugin, thus purgin all cache might just do the trick.
    Also i would recommend disabling all plugins and then start activating them one by one whilst checking to see if the issue is fixed, until you find the one causing the issue.

    If this still didn’t work can you please detail the issue more? Sharing all plugins used while providing screenshots on how the issue appears on your end would help!

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @embryoman ,

    I have managed to recreate the issue at hand and indeed it seems to be working wrongly.

    I will let our developer team know about it so they can take a look and fix it in future releases.

    Thank you for your input and have an amazing day!

    Hello @adwjoe ,

    Thank you for choosing Neve and we are sorry for the delayed response.

    We are glad to hear that the issue is now fixed even though you had to resort to an extreme solution. In the case of CSS commands overwriting each other one of the common fixes could be to include de !important tag in the command you want to keep.

    For your example you could have tried this instead

    @media (min-width: 960px)
    .archive.woocommerce .neve-main > .shop-container .nv-sidebar-wrap {
        max-width: 25% !important;
    }

    Thank you for sharing your solution with the community and we wish you an amazing day!

    Hello

    Thank you for choosing Hestia!

    Customizer issue can be caused by multiple reasons and the most common one is plugin conflicts. If deactivating all plugins then re-activating them one by one whilst checking to see if the customizer is working, didn’t help you find out the one causing problems then you could also try:
    1) Making sure that you’re environment is up to date ( WordPress, Theme, Plugins)
    2) If you use a child theme, switch to the parent theme instead
    3) Try to clear your browser cache and purge cache plugins
    4) Try to login to your website on another browser
    5) Your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) have to be identical. The preview will not load if you use different URL ( i.e HTTP vs HTTPS, you can check that in the WP Dashboard -> Settings -> General)
    6) Check for errors in the Developer Tools of the browser.

    Always make sure to do a backup of your website before troubleshooting to be safe.

    In case nothing worked yet then please provide some more information about your environment that can help locate the problem. (screenshots, website URL would help)

    Please let us know if this worked for you!

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @skywalker7188 ,

    Thank you for using Neve!

    This can be done with Neve Pro and we’ve made a guide on how to do it here.

    If this didn’t work then can you please provide more information about your setup and how you tried obtaining this result? (screenshots or videos would be useful)

    Also if you are already a PRO user then you can more easily contact us via https://store.themeisle.com/contact/ .

    Please let us know how that worked for you!

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @bmeo ,

    I couldn’t manage to replicate the issue and the 500 error is quite a vague one with a lot of possible causes.

    Is this happening with the default themes of wordpress too? Please do a backup of your website and then try and install a default theme like TwentyTwenty and see if it works.

    If not, then you could try following this troubleshooting guide and find the problem.

    Please let us know if you managed to solve the issue!

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @webmark487 ,

    1. Feedzy automatically does a refresh of the feed once every 60 minutes by default just in case the feeds get updated so the answer is yes. The number of items parameter is referring to how many items are displayed. If the XML RSS Feed file is growing then the maximum number of items should grow too.

    2. This happens because in the feed file the […] is written using HTML characters (i.e https://vertis.d.pr/uI2hGf ) thus it gets cut on the front end.For this one a workaround would be to select a number of characters to be displayed from the description part of the block settings. 200 would be ok in my opinion. Go to Block Settings -> Item Options -> Description Character Limit

    Also in order to keep HTML chars you can add the code written here. You will find information on how to add it if you scroll to the top of the page.

    Please let us know if this worked for you!

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @sotte ,

    Thank you for choosing Neve!

    This might be due to a plugin conflict.

    Can you please disable all of them, then re-activate them one by one until you find the one that is causing the issue?

    If that doesn’t work can you please provide some more information? (screenshots would be a big help)

    Thank you and have an amazing day!

    Hello @rinaldo12 ,

    Try this code and see if this is what you desired.

    .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul li.current-menu-item > a, .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul li.current_page_item > a, .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul li.current_page_item > .has-caret > a {
        color: var(--nv-secondary-accent);
    	cursor:default;
    }

    And if you want the hand not to appear on any link in the menu you can add this too

    .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul li:not(.woocommerce-mini-cart-item) > a, .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul .has-caret > a, .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul .neve-mm-heading span, .builder-item--primary-menu .nav-menu-primary > .nav-ul .has-caret {
        cursor: default;
    }

    Thank you and have a nice day!
