Hello @sneakerlove ,
@isaumya is referring to the CF worker as this plugin doesn’t have a paid version as of now.
This plugin will activate workers on your website which are limited to 100,000 requests per day for the free plan of CF.
Thank you and have an amazing day!
Hello @consumerista ,
Thank you for using the plugin and for reaching out!
Can you please share the URL of your website so we can further check the issue?
Also, the error might be related to your Cloudflare dashboard. Do you have any other rules on your account? Have you managed to connect your website to Cloudflare first before installing this plugin?
Please share the website URL with us too so we can continue troubleshooting if the answer to the previous questions is affirmative!
Thank you and we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
Hello @luislu ,
Thank you for using this plugin and for reaching out!
If you plan on using this plugin for Caching purposes, then please make sure to disable the caching done by WP Rocket as it is NOT recommended to use multiple caching systems on the same instance. There is a tab within this plugin’s settings to disable the WP Rocket cache. (and yes the function is the same)
Once that is done you can enable the preloader within the settings in SPCFC.
Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!
Hello @luislu ,
Thank you for using SPCFC and for reaching out!
That button will disable the caching done by this plugin indeed. However, please keep in mind that having multiple caching plugins on the same website is NOT recommended as caching systems don’t work well together.
If you want to use our plugin, then please make sure to disable the caching done by WP Rocket and only keep the optimization features.
If you plan on using WP Rocket for caching too, then you can delete our plugin.
Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!
Hello @jamjarmedia ,
Thank you for your reply and please accept our apologies for the delayed reply!
I have checked the mentioned issue on a few testing instances and indeed it seems like this particular feature has some issues in the latest versions.
I have reported it to our developers and they will make sure to handle it in the next version of the plugin. Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this moment other than the one mentioned by you.
Thank you for understanding and please let us know if you have further questions!
Hello @silversky99 ,
Thank you for using the plugin and for reaching out!
The plugin is quite light with very little resource usage and it was designed keeping performance in mind thus I’m thinking that maybe something else is causing this issue.
Are you using cURL mode inside the Fallback Cache or Preloading a lot of URLs at once?
Just to check, would you please set the Log Verbiosity to High and let us know about the results? In case there is an action consuming a lot of resources, we should see it there.
Thank you and we’ll await your answer!
Hello @akademiaa ,
Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delayed reply!
The difference between your both tables is that one of them is contained within an Advanced Column Block whilst the other is not (the latter).
What you need to do is Edit the Page > Open the Navigation Menu > Make sure that your Table Block is not inside a Section Column, you can place it somewhere outside. I have recorded a screencast showing the procedure here.
Thank you and please let us know if that worked for you!
Hello @kraftng ,
Thank you for using Feedzy and apologies for the delayed reply!
You should be able to import images in the free version too unless there is an issue with your feed, theme, plugin conflict, or the feed import settings.
That being said, would you please share the Feed URL with us and also the website URL so we can further check? Also, please make sure that you have [#item_image] selected in your feed import settings.
Thank you and we’ll await your answer!
Hello @smcdonal ,
Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delayed response!
I took a look at your website and I can’t see any errors or particularities that would create such behavior. I have also tried replicating this behavior on my test instance but to no avail, which makes me think this should be related to the feed you are using.
Would you please share the feed URL that you are using so we can further check it?
Thank you and we’ll await your response!

In reply to: [Neve] changing theme without losing my contentHello @itsawildlife,
Thank you for showing an interest in Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!
You should be able to change the theme without losing your posts or comments as the theme usually affects mainly the appearance without leading to loss of data (posts, comments, etc).
What we would suggest is to try and create a staging site where you can implement Neve and the starter site of your choosing. Afterward, you should be able to migrate your posts and comments using a third-party plugin or one of the methods described here.
When you managed to create the staging site as per your desire, you can move it (using the same tools) to your live domain.

In reply to: [Neve] Customizer stopped working for Mobile & TabletHello @joyryde ,
Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!
What is exactly broken on your website? I looked at the video a few times and I can’t see a major difference between the Desktop version and the other ones, other than the fact that the layout is adjusting so it can fit the smaller screen sizes as it should.(the color scheme remained too)
Also, you mentioned that your Customizer is broken, however, the video is showing the Editor Format. Do you have a video showing the Customizer behavior too so we can better see why that might happen?
I also checked the font-family used in both Desktop and Mobile versions but I cannot see the Times New Roman font being used, instead, I see “ARVO”.(the one inherited from the body)
Thank you for understanding and we’ll await your response!

In reply to: [Neve] issue with currecny converter plugins here how to solveHello @nikketrikke ,
Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!
Can you please state exactly what plugins you are using along with your setup so we can try and recreate the issue on our end? Once we manage to recreate it, we can forward it to our developers and see if they can do anything about it in future versions of the theme.
Also, can you please provide the website URL so we can see the current behavior?
Thank you and we’ll await your reply!
Hello @mrmarket62 ,
Thank you for your reply and apologies for the delayed response on our end!
We are currently investigating multiple ways of further improving the performance of Otter as we managed to find some cases in which slow typing appears, and we already have some internal solutions that are being discussed for the next release.
That being said, we thank you all for the patience and we advise to keep an eye out for the next version of Otter.

Hello @hyperpolymath ,
Thank you for reaching out and please accept our apologies for the delayed reply!
The screenshot you attached represents a warning, not an error and given the message it states, there isn’t anything to worry about. I tried replicating this specific warning but couldn’t manage it thus it is something related to your specific setup.
In any case, please rest assured that it doesn’t have any impact on the plugin behavior or the website.
We will keep an eye out for such warnings and will correct them in future versions if we find a pattern for them.
Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!

In reply to: [Neve] Using Google Fonts breaches GDPRHello @supportneeded9 ,
Thank you for reaching out!
Well, this rule seems to be applied only to German users so I’m not sure there is something we can apply to all of our users, however, we do have documentation about how to store the fonts locally in Neve. Also, using Orbit Fox works.
As for removing the said links, we have an option built-in in the PRO version of Neve, however, for the free one, you would need to use a child theme in order to dequeue the style using the information here.
Or another way is to use a dedicated plugin such as https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/disable-remove-google-fonts/ might work.
