The same thing happened with my WordPress website recently. I contacted the hosting company and was told there was a problem between the theme and the latest WordPress update. They were able to revert WordPress to the previous update and did something with code to prevent auto-updates. I still need to know how to fix the discrepancy between the theme and the WordPress update – need to get help from ww.wp.xz.cn for that but they apparently don’t have chat or phone connections to tech support. I’m not a sophisticated user, so need their help.
