Regarding the feature request you mentioned, while I appreciate you cannot give any time estimates. Does WordFence provide a list of future updates to come, so we can keep track of the status of this.

Thanks for your help, I ran through the process with the user, and have deduced this was user error.
They’ve told me that they’re using the Microsoft Authenticator. Is this likely to cause an issue?
I’m not sure why the authenticator app being used would cause a problem.
