I’d missed that this one plugin wasn’t on both sites.

The only plugins not on both sites are Optimole, ImageMagick, and Firebird–all of which only deal with optimizing images. Both sites run Worldfence, which I thought might be a problem, but disabling it doesn’t change things. Both sites are hosted on Bluehost. In fact, I’ve got three other sites on Bluehost where things are working. It’s just this one. I had a caching program running, too, but I shut it off as well. No change.
