    Please reach out to our in App Help section and ask for your case to be escalated. To further debug this we would need you to share information that should not be shared on a public forum

    Follow these steps to reach out to our help section:

    – Open the Revolut Business App
    – Click on your account name on the top left of your screen.
    – Open “Help” section.
    – Scroll down until you see “Chat” option.
    – Click on “Start new chat” (chat bubble icon)

    When asking to escalate please give the link to this forum thread so we will be able to easily identify you and prioritise.

    We understand your concern regarding the visual alignment of the payment button with your website’s design. At present, the available customization options for the button style are limited to the following three variants:

    • Dark
    • Light
    • Light (Outlined)

    We’ll investigate further on our end, but we need a few details from your side:

    1. Screenshots of the order notes in WooCommerce.
    2. If possible, we would also appreciate temporary access to the plugin dashboard.
    3. Order Ids for which the issue is observed.
    4. Additionally, could you please share the plugin log file from your WooCommerce settings.
