In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Threading form repliesI’m still not having any luck here. We’ve resolved to forego the second form, and ask for the additional details by email using the mail (2) feature. That said, it seems to be creating a separate thread from the original inquiry email from the customer. Am I doing something wrong?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Threading form repliesHi, thank you again. I’ve #####’d out actual email addressed, and have included 3 screenshots:
- The initial form settings: https://imgur.com/a/3zCAHEp
- The initial form autoresponder settings: https://imgur.com/a/ECjs0Iw
- The separate form settings (which is the additional details request): https://imgur.com/a/jxaSNp8
I’ve tried to keep the subject line the same, but I think the separate message IDs are creating new threads in my client’s inbox.
Thanks for your help with this.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Threading form repliesThank you for your reply. The website is https://www.rusnakmasonry.com/request-quote/.
This form generates an autoreply using mail (2) which is sent by a Google Workspace Gmail API connection. The autoreply invites the form submitter to enter in more details on https://rusnakmasonry.com/details, which is a separate ContactForm7 form. What’s happening is that two separate email chains are being created in the company’s inbox, and I’m really hoping to find a solution that keeps it all in one thread. I believe that this is happeningbecause seaparate message IDs are being created for each email that’s being generated, and there aren’t any referal IDs being shared between those.
Thank you again for responding. Please let me know if you have any questions.
The issue I’m having may be an issue with JEG Elementor Kit actually. This is the plugin that when I update it, it breaks MetForms. Looking into it with the JEG theme team.
I don’t believe that’s the issue, as I have two domains where the one is working and the other isn’t, and the thing that is different is the updates to the plugins and WordPress. I have to suspect its something to do with that.
I have tried cache clearing too, and I am not aware of any plugins that would be interfering with cache either.
Also, another user is reporting the same issue. Are you sure there isn’t a compatibility issue with the most recent versions of WordPress, or Elementor, etc?
Hi Amir, has there been any progress made on this issue?
Hi Amir,
Thanks for the reply. You can see the issue at http://dev.otgro.com/blog/ now. Please look near the footer, there should be the contact form just above it.
It is working fine on https://otgro.com (but I know that if I update the plugins there, the issue will happen).
If we can diagnose on the dev site, hopefully we can fix and I can update everything on the live site.
That is strange because this is just what is in the default home page layout. Can you double check?

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Great, but icon CSS not workingThanks. This might be unrelated after checking that. I completely disabled the plugin and the issue was still there, so I’ll have to keep looking. Thanks for the quick reply.

In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] Nav menu does not work for accessibilityHi,
I’m working with the Mind Tech elementor kit, and am having the same issue. Is there a solution?
Sorry about that! Yes, the site in questions is https://www.nickperry.ca.
I can confirm that I’m able to run the Google test on its own.
